Introduction to Carbine
This course is just like our Introduction to Pistol course, but with carbines! Students will spend the day learning the fundamentals of gun safety. They will learn about how their carbine works, what the different components are, how to safely load and unload the firearm, as well as how to rectify common malfunctions they might encounter. Students will learn proper grip, stance, sight picture, and trigger manipulation, all while practicing the fundamentals of safety.
The student's first shots will be made with an instructor standing directly behind them, free from distractions, ensuring that they have a positive experience. By the end of the course, the student will understand gun safety, the basics of marksmanship, and how to manipulate a firearm both safely and effectively. The student will walk away from this class with the knowledge and skill to put accurate shots on target.
